Responsibilities
- Assist in overseeing daily F&B operations across hotels (restaurant, bar, banquets, room service).
- Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Supervise and guide F&B staff, providing support where needed.
- Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in hotel F&B.
- Handle guest requests, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth coordination of food service.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Tourism Management, Culinary Arts or other related field preferred.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in F&B operations, with some supervisory exposure.
- Basic in English and Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Knowledge in Excel, Words and other computer skills.
- Good leadership, communication, and people management skills.
- Good problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Positive attitude and passion for hospitality.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
