WE’RE HIRING: ASSISTANT EVENT PLANNER (Full-Time)
Location: Shah Alam
Salary Range: RM2,500 – RM3,000
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in event management
Education: Degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
We are currently looking for a proactive and driven Assistant Event Planner to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, takes initiative, and communicates confidently with people at all levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, organizing, and executing events from concept to completion
- Develop and pitch creative proposals and event concepts
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless coordination
- Actively approach and engage potential sponsors and partners
- Handle administrative and logistical tasks efficiently
- Represent the team professionally in both formal and informal settings
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in the event management industry
- Strong interpersonal and public relations (PR) skills
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
- Confident, resourceful, and solution-oriented
- Ability to read the room and adapt communication style accordingly
