We are seeking a talented individual to join Marsh Asia Fiduciary Operation Team. This role will be based in Malaysia. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
We will count on you to:
- Supervise support level employees, managing workflows and overseeing day-to-day operational activities.
- Measure and report on team productivity and individual performance, providing feedback to enhance team engagement and effectiveness.
- Participate in stakeholder engagement sessions and collaborate with brokers on initiatives aimed at improving the client experience.
- Work in partnership with internal and external clients to better understand their needs and expectations.
- Maintain a controlled risk environment by identifying, assessing, and formally reporting emerging risks.
- Ensure compliance with business Professional Standards and Operation team Policies and Procedures among all colleagues.
- Respond to escalated calls, complaints, questions, and queries as necessary, overseeing the complaints management system.
- Ensure quality communication with client-facing colleagues to provide accurate and timely advice on internal inquiries.
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and support to lower-level employees on systems, documentation, and reporting processes.
What you need to have:
- Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a support or operational environment.
- Strong understanding of risk management and compliance standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage workflows and measure team performance.
- Experience in coaching and mentoring team members.
- Proficient in relevant software and reporting tools.
