Job Title: Area Sales Manager (Progression-Based Role)
Overview

What You'll Do
Begin by mastering direct sales through face-to-face interaction
Learn and apply proven systems for customer acquisition and closing
Consistently meet or exceed personal sales targets
Start building and training your own sales team
Take full ownership of a specific area, leading your team to hit branch-level goals
Represent the company in local meetings, recruitment drives, and management calls
