Job Title : Area Sales Manager
Location : 3 Outlets in JB Branch
(Assignments across Setia Perniagaan, Masai, or Gelang Patah outlets)
Salary Range : RM5000–RM7000
Working Hours : 6 days per week , 9:00 AM–6:00 PM

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement customer strategies to drive sales growth.
- Analyze sales reports and create action plans for improvement.
- Lead and mentor sales teams to achieve individual and team targets.
- Support and execute promotional packages and marketing initiatives.
- Regularly report sales progress, performance updates, and market insights to management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Oversee daily outlet operations, ensuring service and sales standards are met.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in the retail industry is required.
- Candidates with a background in electronics retail will have an advantage.
- Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
