L1 & L2 support
Diagnosing issue
Analyzing issue
Performing in-depth troubleshooting
Coordinating with business users and development teams and vendors
Ensure timely resolution of production system problems
Incident Management
Escalation management
Documentation
Experience with : Oracle Database, Sql server database, Sql queries And some plsql
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM11,000.00 per month
