Job Summary
This is 6-month contract position in Treasury Planning of which will be responsible for timely completion of tasks assigned - completion before dateline. The role also to assist in preparation and submission of reports - checking in with manager and person in charge to ensure accuracy and quality of reports as well as to assist dealers in evidence checking for Appointed Overseas Office transactions - validate and verify with dealers to ensure authenticity and accuracy of transactions.
Job Responsibilities
1) Work closely with internal stakeholders to enhance internal control and governance.
2) Provide overall business and administrative support to Treasury Department.
Job Requirements
1) Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
2) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is a plus.
3) Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
4) Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
