Responsibilities
- Process and issue customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner;
- Monitor trade receivables aging and follow up on outstanding payments;
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, including TP documentation, e-invoicing (Malaysia), CIT, and VAT submissions (Singapore, Vietnam, Taiwan);
- Support monthly and quarterly financial consolidation and reporting for Malaysia and international entities;
- Assist in the preparation of the Corporate Reporting Package (CRP) and board paper approvals;
- Contribute to monthly rolling forecasts and scenario planning for regional entities;
- Collaborate with project teams on funding management, financial evaluations, FX strategy, and cash management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or any related field.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in financial analysis, reporting, or accounting.
- Strong understanding of regional tax regulations (CIT, VAT) and e-invoicing requirements;
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial systems;
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills;
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
