Job Summary:
The Air Conditioning Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, servicing, and repairing air conditioning systems in residential and commercial properties. This role requires hands-on technical skills, a commitment to safety standards, and excellent customer service when interacting with clients on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, service, and repair various types of air-conditioning systems including split units, ceiling cassette, central air systems, and VRV/VRF systems.
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance, including checking refrigerant levels, cleaning coils, and replacing filters.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults in HVAC systems.
- Ensure all installations and repairs comply with relevant safety and quality standards.
- Complete service reports, maintenance checklists, and other documentation accurately and on time.
- Provide technical advice and support to clients, offering recommendations when system replacements or upgrades are necessary.
- Ensure proper usage of tools, equipment, and company assets.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at job sites and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Work independently or as part of a team to complete assigned tasks efficiently.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
- Certificate or Diploma in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- PW4 / Wireman certification (advantageous but not mandatory).
- Valid driving license (Class D/GDL is an advantage).
Experience:
- Minimum 1–2 years of working experience in air-conditioning installation and maintenance.
- Fresh graduates with technical qualifications are encouraged to apply.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and troubleshooting techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and service manuals.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physically fit and able to work in confined or elevated spaces.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
