We are looking for a Agency Talent Development Executive to plan and execute all sales initiatives/campaign and collaborate with sales team to drive and improve overall onboarding experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and execute all administrative duties including but not limited to pre and post enrolment of CEO (Career of Excellence and Opportunities) agents.
- To manage, track and monitor CEO agents performance and achieve business target assigned by the Company
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in planning and organise activities that drive productivity and recruitment.
- Co-train the 90 days onboarding programme with the trainer
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year working experience. Preferably with Agency/ Distribution experiences.
- Highly driven, excellent customer service skills and the ability to multitask.
- Good collaboration skills and a team player
- Familiar with use of AI Tools such as ChatGPT to simplify work and processes
