Role Overview
This position focuses on recruiting and managing affiliates, primarily on TikTok and Shopee. The ideal candidate is an entry-level specialist who is fast, adaptable, and keen to drive affiliate growth, sales, and community engagement. You will work closely with a senior lead and contribute directly to the team’s digital and commercial success.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliates across TikTok and Shopee.
- Coordinate day-to-day affiliate activities, ensuring quick turnaround and efficiency.
- Support affiliates to drive sales, track performance, and maximize revenue.
- Monitor and foster community engagement through platforms and campaigns.
- Assist in distributing marketing materials, briefing affiliates, and supporting campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with the lead and marketing teams to execute strategic initiatives.
- Utilize TikTok and Shopee affiliate backend dashboards for campaign and performance tracking.
Requirements
- Fast learner with ability to work swiftly, handle multiple tasks, and adapt to a dynamic environment.
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin proficiency is a bonus.
- Some experience with TikTok and Shopee platforms; familiarity with their affiliate dashboards is a plus.
- Interest or background in e-commerce and DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) is advantageous.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Strong communication skills and willingness to engage with affiliates and community members.
- Team player able to work closely with a lead.
- Minimum diploma qualification preferred, but passion and fast execution are highly valued.
Preferred Experience (Bonus)
- Previous exposure to e-commerce, DTC brands, or affiliate marketing.
- Experience supporting or managing influencers or affiliate creators.
- Basic understanding of campaign analytics and digital trends.
