About the team
Our Safety Labelling Operations team supports our efforts to address objectionable or disturbing content which could include images of violence, animal cruelty, hate speech, violent extremism, or content that exploits or endangers children. The team plays a vital role in performing audits and identifying errors, and swiftly addressing them in time to ensure excellence in our moderation efforts.
It is possible that this role will be exposed to harmful content as part of the core role/as part of project/ in response to escalation requests/by chance.
This may occur in the form of images, video, and text related to every-day life, but it can also include (but is not limited to) bullying; hate speech; child safety; depictions of harm to self and others, and harm to animals.

Responsibilities
1. Design training schedule, coordinate and liaise with key stakeholders including BPO to ensure that all labelers successfully go-live within the targeted timeframe.
2. Deliver process/product/policy training in classroom and/or virtually to new joiners
3. Involve in setting up product knowledge test, share result analysis and work with key stakeholders to improve the product knowledge of labelling team
4. Responsible to provide detailed analysis of errors and feedback to respective team through calibration session and recommend ways to improve quality score.
5. Monitoring the queue data and recording daily output, communication and working closely with BPO and RD if any system/platform issue arises.
6. Support on QA related project if needed such as process optimization, sampling plan, appeal mechanism, labeling policy optimization and policy cascading process;
7. Please note that this position involves exposure to sensitive content, including but not limited to vulgar content, violence, pornography, and fake news.
