Job Summary:
The Administration cum Personal Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the management team while also handling day-to-day office operations. This dual role ensures the smooth functioning of administrative tasks and effective time management for executives. Ideal for a diploma holder with strong organizational and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and maintenance of office equipment.
- Handle general office tasks such as filing, scanning, photocopying, and correspondence.
- Assist with the organization of company events, meetings, and training sessions.
- Maintain proper documentation and records (physical and electronic).
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and building management.
Personal Assistant Duties:
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and organize travel arrangements for senior staff.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Screen and manage phone calls, emails, and other communications.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other business documents.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, Secretarial Studies, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in an administrative or PA role preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
