What You'll Be Doing:
General Administrative Support:
- Assist with all administrative tasks as needed, including document management, filing, and data entry.
- Manage and upkeep data in spreadsheets and reports.
- Provide support for meetings, including scheduling and logistics.
Operation Support:
- Attend to all inter-departmental needs of the operation.
- Control and provide information to employee and clients.
Event & Celebration Planning:
- Organize company events, celebrations, and special occasions (e.g., team lunches, corporate parties).
- Coordinate event logistics, including venue booking, catering, and supplies.
What You Need to Join Us:
- Minimum SPM or higher (we value all education backgrounds!).
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin—our clients come from all over the world!
- Able to read, write, and communicate confidently in English, Mandarin or other languages
- Quick learner with solid communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to think on your feet.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office—basic knowledge will do!

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
