Job Scope
- Separate defect based on area and prepared work schedule for Technician.
- Follow defect status and check with PIC for defect are pending /unsolved.
- Checking and communicate closely with building management for inform for technician/contractor arrival & followup defect manage by management.
- Do check and record defect done by technician everyday.
- Deal & arrange with contractor for the out of technician expertise defect issue.
- Submit invoice from contractor to account department.
Requirements
- Min 1 year of related working experience / Fresh graduate are welcome
- Exhibit strong negotiation and problem solving skills.
- Computer literate and numerate.
- Able to work independently and meeting tight schedules
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Willing to do multitask
- Aggressive and fast learner.
- Good attitude and responsible character.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,300.00 per month
