Mon - Fri am 08:30-5:30pm, Sat 08:30-1:00pm

Basic right: EPF, SOSCO, AL, MC, Paternity Leave, PH

Responsibilities:

Office & Facility Management: Oversee premise cleanliness, maintenance, office supplies, general upkeep for premise with contractor (office , warehouse, and workshop), monitor office layout/image

Safety & Security Support :Assist in safety committee tasks, conduct premise checks, and manage security systems (e.g., CCTV, access, alarms).

Operations Support: Support departments in maintenance reporting, meeting coordination, and operations schedule tracking, Driver GPS tracking and etc

Property & Document Handling:Manage tenancy agreements, property-related documents, and filing of office documents, memo, announcement board

Government Liaison: Liaise with local authorities for business license renewals and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Assist Superior : Others task assign by superior, assist for HR department

Requirements:

- Must has own car, can help to purchase item for staff (we provide mileage claim)

- Diploma Holder will be more prefer

- Computer literate and possesses moderate command of English & Malay

- Must able to conduct job via Microsoft Excel (simple formula)

- Prefer stay around Pasir Gudang area
