Are you organized, proactive, and passionate about helping people secure their dream homes? Join our growing team as a Mortgage Personnel / Housing Loan Officer (Processing) and be the key bridge between clients and bankers.

Job Responsibilities:

- Follow up closely with clients to collect required loan documentation

-Process mortgage loan cases and submission

-Manage bank approval and loan

-Property realty engagement

-Maintain clear and consistent communication with solicitors, housing developers, housing institutions and relevant authorities

-Intermediary between bank and customer to collect relevant documents and provide status update to client on mortgage loan application & Ensure all documents are complete and submitted within deadlines

-Update clients regularly on their loan application progress

-Coordinate with internal and external parties to support smooth loan processing

Requirements:

-Strong communication & interpersonal skills

-Detail-oriented and organized

-Able to multitask and work independently

-Experience in mortgage/loan processing or banking is a bonus

-Fresh graduates with strong willingness to learn are welcome
