The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
Job Description:
- Oversee tasks including driver and sorters attendance, overtime (OT), KPIs, vehicle maintenance, and hubs assets.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate with team supervisors to manage driver-related issues.
- Collaborate with the fleet team for hiring and payroll matters.
- Work with the maintenance team on vehicle upkeep.
- Manage hub assets in collaboration with the asset management team.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or relevant disciplines is advantageous
- Basic Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong organizational and systematic work approach.
- Strong ability to adapt.
- Knowledgeable with asset management systems.
