MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible in the day-to-day operations of the Human Resource and administration functions, which include the following areas ; recruitment, payroll, salary and benefit administration, training and development, compliance to regulatory concerns, policy development, compensation and benefit administration.
- Responsible for maintenance of HR records and general administrative activities.
- Be responsible in data entry of document.
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
- Assist Sales & Service team in handling private & confidential documents and filling.
- Monitor office supplies and liaise with suppliers.
- Organise and monitor office set up and tidiness.
- Support in administering staff attendance & leave record.
- Organise event and function for office personnel.
- Assist management in consolidating reports.
- Provide general support to customer when required.
- Any other duties assigned by management from time to time.

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
