Zibeline International Publishing Sdn Bhd is seeking a responsible and proactive Admin cum Office Boy to support our daily operations. If you are detail-oriented, know how to handle administrative tasks, and have a valid driving license, we’d like to hear from you!
Job Responsibilities:
- General office administrative support and errands
- Manage documents related to shop licenses and approvals from various government departments
- Assist in filing and organizing official correspondence
- Provide support for shop operations and approvals from city council, health, fire, and other relevant departments
- Drive vehicle for office-related tasks such as banking, mailing, or deliveries.
- Handle monthly account statement preparation for tax filing.
- Manage employee statutory contributions via:
- KWSP system
- SOCSO system
- Use the FCWMS system for foreign worker quota approval and related documentation.
Requirements:
- Valid Malaysian driving license.
- Basic knowledge of office administration.
- Familiar with FCWMS system usage for quota application/approval
- Able to operate online government systems (KWSP, SOCSO)
- Basic accounting knowledge and able to prepare monthly account statements.
- Responsible, reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
- Experience with shop license applications and related approvals is an added advantage
Working Hours:
Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Tanggungjawab Kerja:
- Menyediakan sokongan pentadbiran pejabat dan tugasan harian
- Mengurus dokumen berkaitan lesen kedai serta kelulusan daripada pelbagai jabatan kerajaan
- Membantu dalam pemfailan dan penyusunan surat-menyurat rasmi
- Memberi sokongan bagi urusan operasi kedai dan kelulusan daripada pihak berkuasa tempatan, kesihatan, bomba dan jabatan lain yang berkaitan
- Memandu kenderaan untuk urusan pejabat seperti perbankan, penghantaran surat atau dokumen
- Menyediakan penyata akaun bulanan untuk tujuan percukaian
- Mengurus caruman pekerja melalui:
- Sistem KWSP
- Sistem SOCSO
- Menggunakan sistem FCWMS untuk kelulusan kuota pekerja asing dan dokumentasi berkaitan
Syarat Kelayakan:
- Lesen memandu Malaysia yang sah
- Pengetahuan asas dalam pentadbiran pejabat
- Mahir menggunakan sistem FCWMS untuk permohonan/kelulusan kuota
- Boleh mengendalikan sistem dalam talian kerajaan (KWSP, SOCSO)
- Pengetahuan asas perakaunan dan mampu menyediakan penyata akaun bulanan
- Bertanggungjawab, boleh dipercayai, menepati masa dan amanah
- Pengalaman dalam permohonan lesen kedai serta kelulusan berkaitan adalah satu kelebihan
Waktu Bekerja:
Isnin – Jumaat, 8:30 pagi – 5:30 petang

RM 2000
