The Admin cum Account Executive is responsible for providing administrative and account operation support in order to ensure organized business operations.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- To manage day-to-day administrative works (data entry / prepare letters / answer calls / reply emails / and other office administrative works)
- To assist in account activities of the company (filing document / prepare report and billing – invoices/payment voucher/etc.)
- To handle projects salary every month (must be capable in using Microsoft Excel)
- To handle company claims and petty cash
- Perform any other ad hoc duties that may be assigned on urgent matters
REQUIREMENT
- At least 2 years’ experience in administrative / accounting works
- Fast learner, can work independently with less supervision and able to work in team
- Must be proficient in using Microsoft Excel & Word
- Good in writing letters/ emails

Working Hour:
Monday to Friday : 9:00 a.m. To 6:00 p.m.
Saturday : 09:00 a.m. To 1:00 p.m. (1st & 2nd Week Only)

Pay: From RM2,100.00 per month
