Monday-Friday (8.20am - 6.00pm)
Job Descriptions:
- To handle and carry out the day-to-day department and operation administration tasks.
- To prepare correspondences, letters, presentation materials and emails.
- Prepare purchase order, payment request, tax invoice, credit note and other documentation.
- Maintain records of the department attendance, leave records, overtime claims and leaves.
- Operate and maintain all office machine such as printer, scanner, facsimile machine and etc.
- To handle department ISO documents and reports.
- Responsible on tracking documents before submit it to the related department.
- Managing telephone inquiries, incoming calls and take messages.
- Maintain and upkeep proper administrative record.
- To control and update contract worker amenities and attendence.
Jobs Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least SPM/STPM/Diploma in Administration or any related field.
- At least 2 year(s) working experience in the related field is required for this post.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Ms. Excel, Words and Powerpoint.
- Good written and spoken in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Basic knowledge of quality system (ISO 9001:2015)
- Able to perform with minimum supervision and independent.
- Experience working in manufacturing company is a bonus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
