- Handle routine customer service inquiries related to orders and product status.
- Maintain records such as inventories, invoices, reports, and correspondence.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, take notes, and compile reports as needed.
- Operate standard office equipment and perform general office duties such as filing, scanning, and data entry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Entry-level candidates with relevant office or administrative experience are welcome.
