- Monitor the status of goods returns and credit notes to ensure timely processing and resolution.
- Prepare and submit daily and weekly reports to the Head of Department (HOD).
- Scan Mill Certificates into the Fingertips system and prepare corresponding labels for the warehouse.
- Assist in the daily operations of the Admin Department, ensuring smooth workflow and efficiency.
- Process e-invoice document
- Handle ad hoc tasks as required by the team or department.
Requirements:
- Candidates must possess at least Diploma/ Degree
- Ability to interact with employees at all levels.
- Computer literate and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with strong communication skills in English and Mandarin will be prioritized to meet the needs of our business operations.
