We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Admin Assistant to join our team at our new factory located in Kota Puteri, Batu Arang.
Job Description:
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to Office and Production.
- Manage and maintain office and production related documentation, records and filling systems.
- Coordinate daily administrative tasks including data entry, report preparation and correspondence..
- Liaise and collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth office and factory operations.
- Provide administrative support, including HR and office management tasks.
- Handle ad-hoc assignments and assist the team as required by superior.
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of working experience in administrative or clerical work (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
