Job Summary:
We currently have vacancy for Admin Assistant to be based at our Bukit Jalil City, Kuala Lumpur office.
Job Description & Responsibilities:
Office Administration
Provide general administration support (pantry, workspace, photocopying, drivers, cleaners, etc.
Office Supplies & Facilities Management
Maintain and source inventory & services.
Coordinate repairs and maintenance of office and compound.
Relationship Management
-Build a strong rapport with clients, vendors and suppliers.
Security Coordination
-Maintain record of parking allocation, access card & records.
-Liaise with security and HSE.
Travel Coordination
-Assist on travel and accommodation coordination.
Event & Staff Engagement Support
-Assist in organizing internal events, celebrations or training sessions.
-Coordinate logistics for workshop or team building activities.
Requirements:
- 2 to 5 years of experience in administration or procurement, preferably in an MNC
- Tech-savvy and proficient in MS Office applications; experience with JDE Oracle is an advantage
- Minimum qualification: Diploma
- Willing to work in Bukit Jalil
- Available to start immediately
