Job description:
- Prepare and process purchase orders based on requisitions and approved quotations.
- Track and follow up on outstanding POs to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of POs and supplier confirmations.
- Communicate with suppliers for quotations, order confirmations, and delivery schedules.
- Assist in supplier registration and documentation processes.
- Maintain updated vendor contact information and price lists.
- Ensure proper filing and organization of purchasing records, invoices, contracts, and delivery notes.
- Maintain and update procurement databases and spreadsheets.
- Support purchasing team in coordinating stocktakes or inventory reconciliation.
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by management or superior
Qualifications:
- Candidates must possess at least Diploma
