- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
- Handle data entry and maintain records in company databases.
- Prepare reports, petty cash and other office documents as needed.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when needed.
- Coordinate with different departments to support office operations.
- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks, if required.
- Liaising with government agencies/authority if required.
- Performing other clerical duties as assigned.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
