Your Key Responsibilities
- Manage and verify invoices and AP payments.
- Assist in preparing financial and management reports.
- Compile monthly business reports and monitor divisional KPIs.
- Analyze P&L (monthly, budget variance, year-on-year comparisons).
- Handle Full Set of Accounts for subsidiary companies and participate in internal audits at branch level,based on your experience and area of interest.
- Prepare annual budget plans and account reconciliations.
- Coordinate with AP team and monitor vendor quotations.
What We’re Looking For
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply - we welcome enthusiastic learners!
- Strong analytical thinking and high attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and willing to learn accounting software - training provided.
- Basic knowledge of financial principles and local regulations.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
