Job responsibilities:
- Record and process accounts payable and receivable.
- Reconcile financial discrepancies and provide solutions.
- Verify and post invoices and payments in the accounting system.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Ensure proper filing and documentation of financial transactions.
- Assist in the preparation of audits by providing necessary documentation.
- Assist in tax filing and reporting to relevant authorities.
- Implement internal controls to safeguard assets and prevent fraud.
- Collaborate with other departments to address financial queries.
