We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to oversee our company’s financial operations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in FMCG manufacturing accounting, a proven track record in account management, and the ability to deliver accurate financial insights that support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and other key documentation.
- Accounts Payable & Receivable: Manage and reconcile AP/AR transactions, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Budget Management: Assist in budget preparation, financial forecasting, and monitoring of expenditure variances.
- Audit Support: Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with regulations and accounting standards.
- Tax Compliance: Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring adherence to relevant tax laws and deadlines.
- Expense Management: Oversee company expenses, ensuring proper documentation and approval processes.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis to provide insights for management decision-making.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement best practices to enhance financial processes and efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in account management, preferably within FMCG manufacturing.
- Proven knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax compliance.
Skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal & written).
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM/ERP systems.
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
