Location: Subang Jaya
Key Responsibilities
1. Financial Accounting & Reporting
- Prepare and maintain full set of accounts for all the business units (AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliations).
- Produce accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management.
- Ensure timely closing of accounts and submission of financial statements.
- Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
2. Cash Flow & Treasury Management
- Monitor cash flow, collections, and payments to ensure sufficient operating funds.
- Manage accounts receivable and bad debt collection to minimize outstanding balances.
- Manage petty cash and bank accounts across centers.
3. Compliance & Audit
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian accounting standards, taxation (SST, income tax), and other statutory requirements.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and regulatory bodies.
- Prepare supporting schedules and documentation for audits.
4. Administrative & Operational Support
- Work with the operations team to track inventory, procurement, and vendor payments.
- Provide financial insights to management for decision-making on cost efficiency and expansion.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of accounting experience (experience in healthcare/SME environment is an advantage).
- Familiarity with Malaysian accounting standards, taxation, and statutory regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software AutoCount, or equivalent and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- High level of integrity, independence, and attention to detail.
