Accounts Executive (Property Management Office)

• Responsible for day-to-day operations of the Property Management Office finance and accounting matters.
• Preparing of full set accounts.
• Preparation of cash flow projection & monthly management report.
• Preparation of year end closing accounts on timely basis.
• Preparation of audit schedule and check tax computation prepared by the tax agent.
• Generate monthly debtors aging report, prompt management on debtor status & action to be taken for debts reduction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
