We are looking for a meticulous, organized, and proactive Accounts Executive to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable functions, monitor outstanding invoices and aging schedules to ensure timely payments.
- Manage accounts receivable functions, including timely updates on collection, monthly aging, and issuance of invoices.
- Prepare detailed reconciliation reports and present findings to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with project managers to review milestones and financial performance
- Assist in monthly closing for full set of accounts and the preparations of monthly reporting pack.
- Ensures accounting records are in compliance with the company's policies and relevant accounting standards and tax regulations.
- Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the superior from time to time requirements
Qualifications:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related qualification.
- Minimum of 3 years’ solid experience in finance or accounting (AP/AR/GL), with prior exposure to OSAT or semiconductor manufacturing viewed as a strong advantage
- Good knowledge of project costing and reporting.
- Strong analytical and detail-oriented skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
