Requirements:
- SQL Accounting experience (full set of accounts);
- Project Accounting Experience is required
- 2-3 years experience in online banking for companies;
- MUST be willing to work in Semenyih, Selangor;
Job Description:
- Prepare full set of accounts and relevant schedules/listing; including daily accounting duties and ensuring accounting records and systems comply with the Company’s policies, accounting standards and related statutory and tax requirements.
- Perform day-to-day processing of account payable and receivables including verifying, classifying, data entry and posting transactions
- To review and ensure all details entered into SQL accounting system are correct and accurate with all documentary evidence support at all times.
- To prepare monthly trial balance and monthly management accounts with supporting schedule on a timely basis.
- To reconcile all bank statements to cashbook balance.
- To prepare accounting journal entries and postings.
- To check all posting for accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger.
- Timely preparation of creditor and debtor reconciliation and bank reconciliation to ensure all transaction has been properly taking up and to detect errors.
- Responsible for the month end closing and all the necessary accruals and reversals
- To prepare monthly inter-company billing for the Group and reconciliation of inter-company transaction.
- To manage and guide other finance staff in the department, where necessary.
- Perform SST Report & submission SST
- Attend to tax agent and external auditor queries for year ended audit and preparation of the information for the annual reports.
- Maintain proper record keeping, document management and filing.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, streamline workflows and implement best practices.
- To undertake other special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties as and when required by Superior.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
