Company Background:
We are representing a company who specializing in the sourcing, distribution, and manufacturing of frozen and refrigerated food products. As they are expanding, they are looking for Accounts Executive to join the team in Skudai, Johor.
Job Responsibility:
- Receive, verify, and process vendor invoices accurately and timely.
- Ensure all invoices are supported by proper documentation (PO, delivery orders, etc.)
- Match invoices with purchase orders and receipts.
- Prepare payment runs (cheques, bank transfers, online payments) according to the company’s payment cycle.
- Ensure timely payments to vendors while managing cash flow effectively.
- Handle urgent payments and ad-hoc payment requests when necessary.
- Perform monthly accounts payable reconciliations.
- Assist in month-end closing and preparation of accounts payable reports.
- Monitor aging reports and ensure timely settlement of liabilities.

Job Requirements:
- Minimum a Diploma in Accounting or relevant field
- At least 2 years of working experience in Accounting
- Candidate with AUTOCOUNT knowledge will be added advantage
- Good communication skill in English and Bahasa Melayu
Working Hour:
Monday - Friday 8:30am - 6:00pm
Alternate Saturday 8:30am - 2:00pm
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,300.00 per month
