Location: Taman Molek, Johor
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and ensure accurate financial records.
- Handle invoice processing, payments, and expense reimbursements.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Support the preparation of financial statements and management reports.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation for all accounting transactions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, tax regulations, and accounting standards.
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and other external stakeholders when required.
- Perform any other ad hoc duties assigned by the Finance Manager.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1 year of working experience in a similar role. Fresh graduates may also be considered.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Attention to detail, high level of accuracy, and good time management skills.
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word, any computerized accounting packages.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
