Job Responsibilities
Accounting Duties:
- Handle daily accounting entries, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliation.
- Assist in preparing financial reports, invoices, and tax-related documents.
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and ensure all data is updated and organized.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Liaise with external auditors or accountants as required.
Administrative Duties:
- Manage office documentation, filing systems, and data entry.
- Handle correspondence, phone calls, and emails.
- Maintain office supplies and inventory.
- Coordinate and support meetings, schedules, and other administrative tasks.
- Perform other ad hoc administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements :
- Diploma or equivalent in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in accounting or administrative roles would be an added advantage.
- Multi-tasking, resourceful, and able to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
- Ability to manage large workloads, and meet tight deadlines.
- Highly integrity and excellent work ethic, with a strong sense of responsibility, commitment and discipline.
- Proficiency in accounting software like SQL and UBS is added advantage.
- Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)

Pay: Up to RM3,000.00 per month
