We are seeking a proactive and meticulous Accounts Executive to manage our day-to-day financial operations. You will be a key player in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our accounting processes, contributing directly to the company's financial health.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting functions, including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Process invoices, expense claims, and payments in a timely and accurate manner.
- Perform bank and account reconciliations, ensuring all transactions are properly recorded.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Ensure compliance with local accounting standards and regulations.
- Assist with internal and external audits.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
What You Bring
- A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in an accounting role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures (e.g., GAAP).
- Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables).
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in accounts payable/receivable, payroll, or financial administration.
- Familiarity with financial regulations, tax filings, and compliance reporting is a plus.
