- Accounting:
- Maintain financial records, including invoices, payments, and receipts.
- Process invoices and payments.
- Prepare financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
- Reconcile bank statements.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Administrative:
- Handle office management tasks, including filing, record-keeping, and general office operations.
- Assist with payroll processing and tax filing.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in accounting databases and spreadsheets.
- May handle HR duties like leave management and basic employee onboarding.
- Support the accounting team with administrative tasks.
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and other stakeholders.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong accounting skills, including bookkeeping, invoicing, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or other accounting software.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- May require a relevant diploma or degree in accounting or a related field.
- Experience with accounting software like SQL
