Responsibilities:
- Perform basic accounting tasks: data entry, E-Invoicing, payment tracking, and document filing
- Assist with monthly accounts and simple financial reports
- Provide general administrative support to the finance and operations team
- Maintain and organize office records, documentation, and filing systems.
Requirements:
- SPM/Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- Fresh grade or min (1 experience in a similar accounts or administrative support role, advantage)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Positive customer service skills with an ability to communicate eloquently and effectively.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Basic accounting knowledge would be an advantage.
- Experience with SQL software is a bonus.
