Position: Account Officer

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Account Officer to support our cross-regional financial operations in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. If you have a passion for numbers, accuracy, and process improvement, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records by identifying and resolving discrepancies.
- Process high volumes of invoices, including necessary manual adjustments.
- Review and verify VAT information, particularly for UK, Germany, and other international invoices.
- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and support finance operations across multiple markets.
- Manage finance-related emails and shared folders, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Contribute to finance process improvement initiatives for greater efficiency.
- Assist in enhancing and implementing financial systems and workflows.
- Participate in internal training and knowledge-sharing sessions.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in a finance or accounting role.
- Currently pursuing or planning to pursue a professional qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX, OSCAR, or Lexmark Perceptive is a plus.
- Prior experience in a Shared Services Centre or multinational company is highly preferred.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English.
