Our Client (a US-based company) is one of the world’s leading authorized distributors of electronic components. Since its establishment in Hong Kong in December 2012, the company has rapidly expanded across the region. It now operates 25 offices and 5 distribution centers, serving key markets including China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, and Thailand.
Position Title: Account Manager
Working Location: Johor Bahru, Malaysia
Working Hours: 5 Days, Mon-Fri, 9:00 AM- 5:30 PM
Salary Package: Basic Salary + Commissions + Mobile Phone & Transportation Reimbursement + Performance Bonus + 13th Month Bonus + Medical Insurance
Responsibilities:
· Manage assigned customers and accounts.
· Explore new customers and maintain positive relationships with existing clients.
· Provide timely responses to customer inquiries.
· Contribute new ideas to achieve business targets.
· Engage in price negotiations and process optimization.
· Liaise with different teams to ensure consistent client satisfaction.
Requirements:
· Minimum Diploma or higher in Electronics, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
· At least 4 years of sales experience, preferably in interconnect components.
· Prior experience in dealing with customers such as Camtronics, Microtronics, Venture Group, MK Cable, Ding Tong, ITG, Trend, SKP, VSI, Escatec, Pecko, or Flex is highly desirable.
· Familiarity with brands like 3M, Adam Tech, Alpha Wire is a strong advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to RM12,000.00 per month
