1.0 RESPONSIBILITIES

· Supervise accounts payable and receivable, fixed assets, costing and

financial reporting.

· Manage budget and control income, cash flow ad expenditures.

· To handle day to day operations of accounting record & filling.

· To perform monthly bank reconciliation, monthly analysis, monthly cheque issuance, daily collection.

· To submit management admin report as per dateline.

· Manage tax calculation and declaration.

· Interact with external auditors, authorities and tax agents on the accounting audit and income tax matters if required.

· Ensure supplier payment integrity and smooth pay-out.

· Cooperate with the company’s overtime responsibilities according to the needs.

2.0 JOB REQUIREMENTS

· Strong oral and written communication skills in Mandarin & English.

· Knowledge in Taxation such like LMW, SST, Accounting and Taxation management practices.

· Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Accounting Software (Add Advantage for knowing in Accounting Software)

· Positive working attitudes, responsible, self-discipline and dedicate to work.

· Good communication skills.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
