Job Responsibilities :
- Handle full set of accounts and oversee all related accounting tasks (Accounts receivable & accounts payable).
- Ensure timely submission of Monthly Management Accounts before deadline.
- Ensure accurate, complete and sufficient suppliers’ documents, any other relevant accounting entries.
- Preparation of Invoices and any other related accounting entries for AR.
- Ensure all general ledger transactions, bank reconciliation and schedule are done correctly and submitted for review in a timely manner.
- Liaise with Auditor, Tax Agent on matter relating to auditor Tax and Statutory requirements.
- To assist Finance Manager in the preparation of financial year closing.
Job Requirements :
- Professional diploma or degree holder in accounting or related discipline.
- 1-2 years relevant accounting experience is preferred.
- Excellent time management and commitment to efficiency.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Location :
- Unit 808, Block A, Kelana Business Centre, 97, Jalan SS7/2, kelana Jaya, 47301, Petaling Jaya, Selangor. (3 minutes walking distance from LRT CGC Glenmarie)
Working Hours :
- Office hours - Monday to Friday (9.00am - 6.00pm)

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
