Job description
We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Account Executive to manage the accounts of the company. This role involves handling the end-to-end accounting cycle — from data entry and reconciliation to financial reporting and compliance.

You will play an important role to:
- Manage accounts receivable and payable, including invoice processing and daily reconciliation between subledger, gold trading platform, and bank statements.
- Resolve billing discrepancies and follow up promptly on collections and inquiries.
- Monitor gold stock levels and arrange timely replenishment.
- Work closely with internal teams and external business partners, including local financial institutions.
- Ensure accounting processes follow our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Maintain an organized filing system for all relevant documents.
- Take on ad-hoc projects that expand your skills.
To be successful in this role you will need to have:
- Minimum 1 year of relevant accounting experience, preferably in commodities, trading, or financial services.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; training will be provided.
- We are looking for a Mandarin speaker, as the nature of our business and working environment requires proficiency in Mandarin.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
