- Manage the entire accounting cycle, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and payroll processing – handling a full set of accounts.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Perform bank reconciliations and balance sheet account reconciliations, ensuring timely resolution of any discrepancies.
- Assist with tax filings and ensure full compliance with local tax laws and internal corporate policies.
- Support the development of budgets and financial forecasts, delivering accurate data to support strategic business decisions.
- Oversee the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Provide end-to-end support during internal and external audits, including preparing documentation and addressing audit queries.
- Analyze key financial performance indicators, identify trends and variances, and recommend strategies to improve cost efficiency and profitability.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a holding company or multi-entity/manufacturing environment.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems is an added advantage.
- Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Able to manage multiple tasks effectively and meet tight deadlines.
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
