Position : Accounts And Admin Assistant

Location: Damansara Height, Kuala Lumpur
Responsibilities:
- Manage data entry, accounts receivable/payable, and ensure records are accurate and updated.
- Maintain proper filing of documents and records.
- Handle general admin duties and coordinate with vendors/contractors.
- Manage office supplies and place orders when needed.
- Assist with audit preparation and liaise with external auditors.
- Respond to emails, calls, and inquiries professionally.
- Prepare and update financial reports using accounting software.
- Manage petty cash reimbursement and weekly reconciliation.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 1–2 years’ experience in accounting/admin roles.
- Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin is a plus.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Trustworthy and able to handle confidential information.
- Proactive and willing to learn new tools or systems.
