Account Clerk (Kerani Akaun)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle daily accounting tasks and documentation including data entry, invoicing, and payment processing.
• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and bank reconciliations
• Maintain and update accurate financial records
• Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Support audit and tax preparation activities
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant financial regulations

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 1 year of working experience in accounting or finance
• Certificate/Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent
• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SQL or similar)
• Good knowledge of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
• 25 years old above, Female

SALARY & BENEFITS:
Basic Salary: RM 2,000 – RM 2,500 (Subject to working experience and qualifications)
➕ Transport / Parking allowances
EPF, SOCSO & EIS contributions
5 day work week
