- Position: Account Assistant
- Location: Taman Suria, Johor
- Salary Range: RM 2,000 – RM 3,000
- Working Days: 5 days per week
Job Responsibilities:
- 1) Monitor daily communications and respond to queries promptly.
- 2) Verify and ensure accuracy of payments, amounts, and financial records.
- 3) Maintain and update spreadsheets, sales/purchase ledgers, and journals.
- 4) Record and file cash transactions accurately.
- 5) Process and file invoices efficiently.
- 6) Prepare and submit expense requests for accountant approval.
- 7) Liaise with third-party providers, clients, and suppliers as needed.
Job Requirements:
- ✔ Previous experience as an Accounting Assistant or Accounting Clerk is preferred.
- ✔ Basic knowledge of bookkeeping procedures and financial regulations.
- ✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software is an advantage.
- ✔ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- ✔ Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
